This pivotal role bridges the gap between our Commissioned Services portfolio and internal teams including Data & Analytics, Digital Services, and Finance & Reporting. You will lead the translation of business and data requirements into actionable system and process solutions, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and build capacity across teams to enhance operational delivery through data insights and digital tools. Location: WAPHA Head Office, Level 2, 1 Hood Street, Subiaco (Hybrid Role) Employment Type: Full-time Maximum term contract for 12 months [LL1] Salary: Band 4 ($91-$97k Plus 12% Superannuation) Key tasks and responsibilities: Capture and translate business and data requirements into system or process solutions Communicate complex system capabilities and data outputs in business-relevant terms Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across portfolios Facilitate workshops to gather and refine business and data insights Act as liaison between Commissioned Services and digital, finance, and analytics teams Collaborate on digital solution design and delivery with internal teams Design and execute user acceptance testing scenarios and monitor results Develop training materials and deliver sessions to upskill team members Provide mentorship to build analytical and digital capabilities Support change management activities and identify readiness gaps Apply WAPHA change tools and strategies to influence adoption Maintain current knowledge of business analysis methodologies Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures Prepare reports, feasibility assessments, and business cases Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement through data insights About you To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following selection criteria: Essential experience and education A degree in a technical or data-focused field, or equivalent hands-on experience Strong ability to interpret and analyse data using statistical methods Skilled in turning data insights into clear, engaging presentations Proven track record in translating business needs into practical solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Confident user of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio and Teams Experienced with analytics platforms such as JIRA, Practitest, PowerBI, R and Python Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively What we offer Enjoy a hybrid work model, combining the flexibility of working from home with access to our state-of-the-art Subiaco office.
