THE ROLE The Administrative Officer - Client Services and Training will act as a first point of contact for visitors to WSSSA Head office, as well as process incoming telephone and email inquiries from clients of the service, and other external stakeholders. The role will also provide support to the WSSSA Training function, overseeing the training calendar, bookings and training records. This is a full time position 1.0 FTE A full position description can be found HERE ABOUT YOU To succeed in this exciting and busy role you will need a high level of initiative and attention to detail, as well as: Qualifications in business administration and/or experience and skills commensurate with the position; Experience in providing reception and administration services, preferably in the community services sector; Previous administrative experience within a training function would be desirable; Strong administration skills, and a high level of attention to detail; Highly organised, including the ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines; Knowledge and awareness of the particular needs to women and children affected by domestic and family violence, and a demonstrated empathy for those from diverse backgrounds; A current full drivers licence, and be eligible for, or hold a DHS Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.
