What you’ll do Lead and coach a team of brokers to hit weekly and monthly sales targets. Drive pipeline discipline so no customer is left behind. Embed the Find → Buy → Own framework into every sales conversation – from property search to refinancing. Run training huddles, call reviews, and 1:1 coaching sessions to sharpen performance. Leverage tools like VOXI, Loom, and AI insights to spot opportunities and drive improvement. Build a culture of accountability, energy, and customer-first success.
