This initiative is focused on building modern, secure, and scalable solutions to improve service delivery and outcomes for the community. Role Purpose This role offers the opportunity to lead and contribute to high-impact digital initiatives that shape enterprise application delivery, while working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. This position will drive architecture, development, and support of enterprise systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure enterprise applications. Build and maintain responsive and accessible user interfaces where required. Develop high-quality code using established best practices, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards. Conduct code reviews, performance optimisation, and troubleshooting. Deliver integration with REST-based services and SQL Server databases. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including BAU, Product, and Project teams, to achieve milestones. Contribute to technical documentation, architecture governance, and continuous process improvements. Manage contractors, vendors, and competing priorities within tight delivery timeframes. Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Minimum 10 years' experience in .NET development , full-stack. Proven experience designing solutions for complex enterprise IT landscapes, including on-premises and hybrid cloud infrastructure. Strong enterprise application development background within a corporate or government environment. Hands-on experience with SQL Server, middleware applications, CI/CD pipelines , and enterprise web applications. Experience leading solution architecture and managing technical projects. Familiarity with MS Dynamics, SharePoint, or BizTalk is desirable. Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Desirable: Prince2 Certification, experience with revenue-generating digital products.
