Position Overview Join Mini Masterminds as a Casual Social Media Intern and help bring our brand to life online! We’re looking for a creative university student who loves making short, fun videos and photography content for social platforms. You’ll work on a casual, ad hoc basis, following creative briefs to film and edit Reels, TikToks, and photos for our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok channels. This is a great opportunity to sharpen your skills, gain hands-on experience, and see your content shared across our growing platforms. What you will do Visit our childcare centres across Sydney to capture engaging content. Film and edit videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories) that reflect our brand and connect with families. Capture candid photography to showcase our centres, educators, and community. Follow content briefs while bringing your own creativity to each project. Deliver edited content in a timely manner. Brainstorm fun, new content ideas aligned with social trends. Ensure content fits our brand style, tone, and values. Organise and maintain digital files for easy access by the team. Support with occasional social media planning tasks (e.g., drafting captions) What We’re Looking For ● Currently studying or recently completed studies in marketing, communications, or a related field (previous experience not required). ● Comfortable creating and editing short-form video content (basic editing skills required). ● A phone is all you need, but if you have your own filming, photography or editing equipment, that’s a bonus! ● Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid Working With Children Check. ● Reliable, self-motivated, and able to travel to different Mini Masterminds locations when required.
