The Role Toll Transitions is a dedicated business unit within the Toll Group, delivering relocation services to a range of clients, including a major contract with the Australian Defence Force. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Officer to support our operations and contribute to service excellence. Key Responsibilities Interpret and present data in a clear and meaningful way Take meeting minutes and provide administrative support during client meetings Assist with day-to-day operational tasks and support team members as needed Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Liaise with internal teams to update or create business reports Skills & Experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong time management and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Customer-focused with a professional approach About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
