The Role Reporting directly to the Company Secretary, this role will be integral in supporting all aspects of governance, risk and compliance. You will coordinate Board and Committee meetings, prepare and distribute meeting documents, manage registers, and assist with compliance and policy frameworks. The role will also see you support risk management activities, assist with investment-related compliance, oversee policy suite maintenance, and provide responses to relevant legislative and sector changes. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Minimum two years of experience in a governance role – essential; Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Business Administration, Economics, or similar) – essential; Strong experience with board processes and governance, including minute-taking, policy writing and compliance reporting; Risk and compliance experience; Ability to digitally publish documents (knowledge of Convene board portal advantageous); Exceptional organisational, research and analytical skills; and A valid driver’s licence and access to a car are required, with reimbursed mileage.
