The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of a growing portfolio of landscape maintenance contracts across Sydney. In this role, you will: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations. Manage contract performance, budgets, and reporting to meet commercial objectives. Work closely with operational teams and supervisors to ensure high-quality outcomes on-site. Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and grow the portfolio. Collaborate with senior management and other divisions, including tree and environmental services, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
