The Role: Lead customer onboarding and training from kick off to full rollout Run engaging workshops that deliver real “aha” moments Partner with construction stakeholders across project management, HSEQ, finance, and doc control Gather client feedback and collaborate with product teams Work in both corporate and site environments – smart casual one day, high-vis the next About You: Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technology and construction Background in SaaS implementation, construction technology, or project management Knowledge of industry workflows across project delivery, safety, or finance Skilled in training, troubleshooting, and driving platform adoption Project management or construction-related qualifications preferred Why Apply?
