Talenza have been engaged by an Australian financial services organisation to find a Senior Test Analyst. The successful candidate will be experienced in hands on experience working with the Genesys contact centre platform. Similar experience with another contact centre solution will also be considered. The role is part of a large scale contact centre uplift program of work. This role requires 3 days per week in the office in the Brisbane CBD and is only open to candidates currently based in Brisbane with full working rights.
