As an EM, you’ll lead a team of talented Software Development Engineers, making sure their work aligns with our organisational goals and delivers real value. You’ll balance hands-on technical guidance with big-picture strategy, all while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture. What you’ll do Lead a team of Software Engineers through design, development, testing, release, and maintenance of products. Coach, mentor, and support team members through regular 1:1s, career development, and performance reviews. Foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and continuous learning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and deliver high-quality, secure, and impactful software. Provide technical direction and support. Drive continuous improvement in processes, team efficiency, and product quality. Support secure development practices, ensuring compliance and safeguarding sensitive data. Represent the team in broader strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives.
