About the Role Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and complaints. You’ll manage cases from inception to resolution, ensuring timely, effective, and professional outcomes that uphold brand reputation. In addition, you’ll provide administrative and departmental project support as required. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and web-based channels. Provide accurate information on products, warranties, and promotions. Manage customer cases end-to-end, liaising with internal departments and dealer networks. Record all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with the Privacy Act. Support departmental projects and contribute to continuous process improvement. What You’ll Bring Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or relations role (automotive industry experience desirable; such as Service Advisor, Customer Experience, etc). Strong complaint handling, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent organisation and time management. Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional and empathetic approach. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Tertiary qualifications in Communications, PR, or a related field are advantageous. Why Apply?
