Our client is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their Brisbane CBD dealership. The role would suit someone that has experience as a Service Advisor, who wants to join a large group, with real, long-term career prospects. This dealership is part of a large, nationwide dealership group, and have worked hard to make a supportive environment for new and existing staff. This role offers great earning potential for candidates, and a 5 day working week is on offer for work/life balance. Your duties will include, but not be limited to: Booking customers cars into the service department Liaising with customers to ensure they are kept informed on their vehicles progress Working side by side with the workshop to ensure customers’ requirements are met Quoting and invoicing on all repairs and services provided Ensure your customers receive the highest standard of service To be considered for this role, you must have: Previous experience in a busy service department within a dealership Excellent organizational and time management skills Great interpersonal skills and customer service with attention to detail Ability and desire to work as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills A professional and friendly phone manner Excellent personal presentation Full Australian working rights In return you will be joining a dealership that is striving to provide a supportive and welcoming work environment.
