Currently recruiting for a Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail assets across Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven experience in retail Operations/Facilities management who is looking for their next exciting role. The role: Oversee daily operations including cleaning, security, maintenance, and essential services Manage service providers and contractors, ensuring compliance with WHS, risk management, and service agreements Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and capex plans Deliver tenant and customer satisfaction by maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-presented environment Support leasing, fit-outs, and development projects with minimal disruption to centre operations Drive sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement in operational performance About You: Solid background in facilities or operations management, ideally in retail, commercial, or mixed-use assets Strong knowledge of WHS, essential services, and building management systems Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders Experience managing budgets, compliance reporting, and risk frameworks Proficiency with Microsoft Office and facilities management software Trade qualification and/or White Card desirable Current driver’s license required For more information contact Fern on 0432 119 423 or fwilliamson@goughrecruitment.com.au All applications are held in confidence.
