We are seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to join our Government Clients team at Parramatta. This position will be responsible for managing the full delivery process of 9 Refuge Projects which are at different stages of completion (construction, Crown Certificate, design and approval, and site identification). The successful candidate will lead the design development process liaising with internal Design & Planning staff and DCJ and Services Providers. Specific duties include managing the tender and award process, builder engagement and management of contract administrators. Key Responsibilities Establish and manage positive working relationships with project stakeholders, including business partners, contractors, external consultants, and Government Agencies. Develop and manage a range of projects through the project lifecycle, ensuring effective planning, stakeholder management, and financial and risk management processes. Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple housing projects across various stages. Oversee design development, tendering, contract administration, and construction. Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and reporting requirements. Provide advice and support to the Executive Leadership Team on project development, implementation, management, and reporting. Candidate Requirements Qualifications in engineering, surveying, architecture, project management, construction or planning (desirable). Proven experience in residential development or construction. Broad planning knowledge of DCP and LEP. Stakeholder engagement and project management skills. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills. White Card and valid Driver’s Licence are mandatory.
