Base pay range A$260,000.00/yr - A$300,000.00/yr Overview Director & Senior Recruitment Consultant I Partnering with the Property, Quantity Surveying, Development, Project Management & Construction… Lead major fit out & refurbishment projects shaping Australia’s built environment while driving teams and outcomes. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex projects, ensuring program, cost, and quality outcomes. Partner with Account Directors to develop conversion strategies and secure new work. Provide commercial and technical input across bids, tenders, and project feasibility. Oversee head contract, budget, cash flow, and risk management. Drive efficiency, innovation, and process improvement across the project lifecycle. Coach and mentor a team including Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Engineers & Coordinators. Represent company at industry events and strengthen client and consultant relationships. Qualifications 12–15 years’ experience in building & construction industry. Minimum 10 years’ project management experience across contracts, estimating and site. Degree in Construction Management (or equivalent). Demonstrated ability to lead multiple project teams and deliver results across diverse sectors. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, contracts, and profitability. Advanced knowledge of construction systems (Procore, Microsoft Office, etc).
