This includes managing transactions related to employee pay, superannuation, conditions, and entitlements. Your deep expertise in pay, leave, and employment condition frameworks will be instrumental in leading your team and ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely payroll outcomes. You will manage the teams' resources and priorities, develop work plans, support individual capability development. You'll collaborate with a range of stakeholders to achieve strategic business objectives and resolve complex payroll and related HR matters. You'll proactively identify and manage emerging payroll-related issues and risks, including those that are sensitive, complex, or require a high level of discretion. You will also contribute to business improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline payroll processes, enhance service delivery, and implement best practices. You'll play a key role in resolving complex and sensitive payroll and HR matters, while ensuring a timely and effective outcomes.
