Requirements of the role: Preferably demonstrated experience in recruiting trades roles Motivation and work ethic to achieve superior outcomes Use creative and innovative techniques to source the best candidates in the market. Establish and maintain a renowned personal brand as a "Trades" specialist, attracting quality candidates for positions such as; Electricians, Boilermakers, Maintenance Fitters, Welders, Trades Assistants, Civil Operators and Labourers etc. Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships that build "candidate communities". Undertake thorough and professional interviews and complete high-quality reference checks. We're not just here to tick a box! Ability and drive to assist with account management. Strong administrative skills to optimise time and ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
