About the Role As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality property management services across a varied portfolio. This position requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities, all while maintaining strong relationships with clients. Duties and Responsibilities Day-to-day management of rental properties Liaising with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople Conducting private and open inspections (midweek and rostered Saturdays) Processing rental applications and preparing tenancy files Completing condition reports, lease renewals, and rent reviews Managing maintenance requests, repairs, and bond releases Tribunal attendance when required Assisting with landlord payments and arrears management Supporting the growth of the rental portfolio through appraisals and securing new properties Maintaining compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act Ensuring quality control, record keeping, and filing standards are met Skills and Experience Previous experience in Property Management (essential) Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office and property management systems) Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities Professional presentation and customer-focused approach Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Benefits Join a supportive and professional team environment Work with an established and reputable real estate agency in West Gippsland Opportunities for professional development and training Competitive salary package Be part of a business with strong community ties and values How to apply?
