You'll work closely with directors, real estate agents, property managers, and brokers across multiple projects ResponsibilitiesProvide executive support and manage personal admin tasks for company directorsSupervise and coordinate with property managers handling rental propertiesAssist with duplex project coordination, including construction updates and utility managementMonitor property-related bank accounts and support monthly bank reconciliationsSupport brokers in home loan applications, refinancing, and settlementsPrepare loan documents and liaise with mortgage brokers and bankersManage post-settlement processes: key collection, listing setup, and rental arrangementsEnsure timely, professional communication across teams and stakeholders What We’re Looking ForFluency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is essentialBackground in real estate, property administration, or development preferredStrong coordination, time management, and communication skillsExperience with financial documentation or reconciliations is a plusAble to work independently and manage multiple tasks with confidenceHighly professional, reliable, and detail-orientedWillingness to undergo and pass a police check, background check, and social media check as a condition of employment Note: A consent form will be provided to shortlisted candidates as part of the background check process.
