The Role They are seeking a Corporate Secretarial & Office Administrator to take ownership of the administration function and strengthen the operational backbone of the firm. This role is central to ensuring smooth compliance and practice support, with hands-on involvement across client services and internal process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Manage corporate compliance obligations, including ASIC filings and annual reviews. Coordinate establishment of new entities such as companies, trusts, and SMSFs. Assist with ATO compliance, lodgements, and correspondence management. Provide project management, client communication, and meeting coordination support. Prepare reports and contribute to practice-wide administration enhancements. About You: 2 years’ experience in a public practice administration role, ideally with corporate secretarial responsibilities. Familiarity with platforms such as NowInfinity and ATOmate is advantageous. Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
