Role: People and Culture Administrator (15-month Maternity Cover) We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our People and Culture team in a dynamic role that supports recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and HR administration. This position offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of HR functions and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of our workforce. What you can expect: Reviewing new applications and contacting shortlisted candidates for phone interviews. Liaising with managers to schedule face-to-face interviews and supporting them through the process. Converting successful candidates into worker profiles and ensuring their onboarding requirements are complete before their start date. Preparing for an upcoming induction by coordinating attendees, finalising paperwork, and setting up the training room. Running compliance reports (such as NPC, Visa, or NDIS) and following up with staff and managers to make sure everything is up to date. Responding to HR-related queries via phone or email and providing support with systems like Visual Care, Expr3ss, and Etrainu. To be successful in this role: You’ll bring strong organisational and time management skills to balance multiple priorities. You’ll be confident in communicating with staff, managers, and candidates across the organisation. You’ll have the ability to manage HR systems and maintain compliance records with accuracy and discretion. Essentials: Candidates must have a qualifications in Human Resources, equivalent or working towards completion of the qualification.
