You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to: Collect, clean and interpret data from multiple systems, CRMs and financial platforms. Develop reports to track workforce planning performance, arrears risk and customer behaviour. Review and follow up timesheets submission, corrections and compliance. Using advanced excel/data skills, completing fortnightly claims, integrating data using existing models and following internal processes and sharing to client portals Provide administrative support for training and license expense tracking and other ad hoc coordination duties.
