Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing: ✨ Setting new clients up for success, from onboarding and search setups to customising their accounts. ✨ Building, maintaining, and growing strong client relationships (you’ll be their trusted media sidekick). ✨ Running training sessions to help users master the platform (both virtual and face-to-face). ✨ Gathering feedback and working with the team to turn it into real product improvements. ✨ Spotting opportunities to wow clients, especially around big media events. ✨ Creating reports, transcripts, and summaries that make media meaningful. This role is perfect for someone with experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Corporate Customer Support who’s organised, client-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Bonus points if you’ve got media industry experience, a background in communications, or skills with Boolean, CRMs or project tools, but passion and people skills are what really matter.
