About the Role This role is a twelve month fixed term contract, focused on enhancing brand visibility and market presence through high impact above-the-line (ATL) campaigns, integrated media strategies and the effective management of large-scale media and creative agency partnerships. Key Responsibilities Lead ATL campaigns (TV, radio, OOH, print) alongside digital and performance marketing initiatives. Lead strategic media planning and buying across all channels, ensuring effective reach, frequency, and ROI. Liaise with and influence key stakeholders, including senior leadership; Continuously test, learn, and optimise messaging, creative, channels, and media mix to improve acquisition efficiency. Partner with internal analytics and finance teams to track acquisition costs, CPAs and marketing effectiveness. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: Significant experience in managing and delivering omni-channel, complex advertising programs within a complex regulated industry; Extensive experience managing large advertising/media agency relationships and media budgets; Excellent understanding of all digital and traditional media channels, current and emerging; Strong command of marketing analytics, attribution and performance measurement tools (e.g. Google/Adobe Analytics or similar) AND Excellent stakeholder management with strong written and verbal reasoning, influencing and active listening capabilities, with focus on delivering concise, clear, and action-oriented messaging.
