Digital Marketing Specialist Location : Melbourne CBD We’re partnering with a nationally loved retail/eCommerce brand to hire a hands-on digital marketer to grow their D2C channels. The business is Australian-founded, omnichannel (stores online), and operates on Shopify with Klaviyo for CRM. Think fast product drops, seasonal campaigns and a collaborative team that moves quickly. What you’ll do Run and optimise Meta and Google (Search/Shopping/YouTube) to ROAS/CPA targets—budgets, pacing and structured testing. Build and refine Klaviyo flows (welcome, browse/cart, post-purchase, win-back) with clean segmentation and A/B tests. Lift conversion with the eComm team on Shopify—landing pages, merchandising and simple experiments. Brief creative, write clear ad copy/subject lines and maintain a sensible testing roadmap. Keep SEO basics tight (metadata, internal linking, content briefs). Report weekly in GA4/Looker Studio with plain-English insights and next steps. Align media, email and onsite with promos, launches and seasonal peaks. About you 3–6 years in digital/performance for retail/eCommerce (brand or agency). Confident with Meta Ads, Google Ads/Shopping, GA4 and Klaviyo (or similar ESP). Comfortable owning budgets and shifting gears based on the data. Strong communicator who can prioritise, write simply and influence stakeholders.
