Job Description We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist / Customer Journey Specialist to take our customer experiences to the next level. You’ll craft highly personalised email and SMS campaigns, design end-to-end automated journeys, and use Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and AI tools to make campaigns smarter, faster, and more effective. You’ll collaborate with Brand, Product, Content, and Distribution teams to create journeys that drive real engagement and results. Build and optimise personalised email and SMS campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, AMPScript) that align with business goals and deliver measurable results. Design and manage end-to-end customer journeys to drive engagement, conversion, and retention, applying strong segmentation and lifecycle understanding. Take a strategic, data-driven approach to campaign planning — define audiences, set objectives, measure performance, and optimise based on insights. Use AI and automation tools to streamline campaign builds, resolve issues quickly, and improve efficiency without compromising quality. Continuously test and learn through A/B and multivariate testing, using data and insights to enhance performance. Collaborate with Brand, Content, Product, and Distribution teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with broader marketing strategies. Oversee campaign workflows and priorities , managing multiple stakeholders with precision and attention to detail. Bring creativity and curiosity to your work, with optional design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator) to enhance campaign visuals and engagement.
