As Enterprise Architect, you’ll define and evolve the organisation’s enterprise architecture to support current and future business needs. You’ll bring together people, processes, data and technology, building roadmaps that enable innovation, improve performance, and drive measurable value. - Permanent role, paying up to $215k - Inner city Brisbane location with hybrid setup Key responsibilities include: Translating business strategy into implementation roadmaps that achieve targeted outcomes. Leading discovery, recommendations and prioritisation to enable modern regulatory and digital outcomes. Developing and governing enterprise architecture, ensuring compliance and alignment with strategic objectives. Supporting business leaders, product owners and delivery teams to balance risks, trade-offs, and long-term vision. Analysing current and future-state environments, identifying gaps and defining IT investment roadmaps. Driving collaboration across teams, leveraging shared tools, processes, and platforms to accelerate value. Ensuring risks are effectively managed in line with organisational frameworks. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: 10 years’ experience in strategic/operational planning, business analysis and architecture disciplines. Proven experience establishing and embedding Enterprise Architecture capability. Strong knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, APIs, microservices, SOA, open data and digital platforms. Expertise across information management practices, SDLC, IT service management, Agile/Lean delivery, and EA/ITIL frameworks. Ability to navigate organisational complexity, with strong influencing, facilitation, and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
