We’re currently partnering with an iconic travel and lifestyle brand that’s looking for a Social Media Lead to own and evolve their global presence across platforms, with a sharp focus on Gen Z audiences. This brand doesn’t just show up on social; it shapes culture, builds community, and drives real-world connections. They’re now seeking a digitally-native, creatively-driven social lead who knows how to spark conversation, ride (and start) trends, and turn followers into lifelong fans. The Role This is a strategic and creative leadership role. You'll oversee the full social media function globally, including content strategy, community management, influencer partnerships, and campaign execution across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and whatever comes next. What You'll Be Responsible For Leading and executing the global social media strategy Managing a channel-specific content calendar tied to global campaigns and cultural moments Creating and curating high-impact, native-first content that aligns with platform trends Driving community engagement and building authentic relationships with influencers, creators, and fans Collaborating with internal teams to ensure social is baked into every brand campaign Using data and insights to optimise content, report on performance, and evolve the strategy Mentoring and developing the in-house Social Specialist What They're Looking For This role is ideal for someone with a track record of building buzz, not just publishing posts.
