The Role You will be responsible for providing quality, timely and efficient output of document production (either electronic or hard copy). You will achieve this by working within your team but also independently on a range of tasks from pagination and printing to photocopying and scanning. In this role you will also: Log and action requests through our Job Management System Liaise with our clients to better understand their requirements and provide support where necessary Create cost estimates by assessing hardcopy/electronic data You will be covering our Monday to Friday, 2:30pm to 11:00pm shift (full-time, ongoing). You enjoy being part of a team and have exceptional organisation and time management skills. You will also have: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Solving problems by understanding client requirements and creating high quality document solutions Demonstrable patience under pressure and the ability to handle routine work independently To be eligible for this role, you must have full working rights to apply for this role.
