About the Role Our Client is a leading B2C SAAS Platform who are building the next generation of marketing automation, and they are looking for a Lead Product Manager to champion this effort. Unlike traditional platforms, their Martech product will be an opinionated, AI-driven automation engine that decides what message to send, when, and through which channel, based on customer and client data. This role offers the opportunity to shape a highly innovative product from the ground up. You will work across product, design, and engineering, leading discovery and strategy while also driving the delivery of automation features that unlock measurable outcomes for customers, from improved order value to win-back campaigns and long-term retention. Key Responsibilities Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of their Martech automation product. Design intelligent, outcome-driven campaign frameworks (e.g. order value uplift, re-engagement, churn prevention). Partner with design and engineering to deliver MVPs that evolve into AI-enabled automation flows. Embed AI experimentation and optimisation into workflows, driving personalisation at scale. Collaborate with sales, GTM, and product marketing teams to ensure product adoption and customer success. Conduct discovery to understand the market landscape and define unique value propositions . Test and iterate rapidly, balancing long-term vision with practical delivery. Candidate Profile Essential Skills & Experience Strong background in SaaS product management , ideally in Martech, CRM, or marketing automation. Proven ability to design and deliver customer engagement and campaign optimisation products . Experience working in sales-led SaaS environments , collaborating with GTM teams and product marketing. Commercially sharp — able to evaluate product decisions through the lens of customer outcomes and business ROI. Comfortable with AI/ML applications in product and excited to experiment with emerging technologies.
