My client is a well-known and highly regarded Australian business, investing heavily in modernising their technology landscape. They are seeking a Senior Azure Cloud Engineer to join their team and play a key role in shaping and optimising their cloud environment. What you'll be doing: Designing, building, and maintaining secure and scalable Azure cloud environments Leading the implementation of Azure Landing Zones in alignment with best practices Driving Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption using Terraform Designing and implementing RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) to ensure secure access management across Azure resources Collaborating with architects, security, and development teams to deliver enterprise-grade cloud solutions Contributing to automation, optimisation, and governance initiatives across the cloud platform What we're looking for: Strong experience working in Microsoft Azure at an enterprise level Proven expertise in Landing Zone implementation and cloud foundations Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and automation Solid understanding of RBAC and identity/access governance in Azure Broad knowledge of Azure services (networking, compute, security, monitoring) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence cloud best practices across teams Why join?
