Description About the Position: The Waalitj Foundation has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Coach to work in our Head Office. This is a full time, fixed term position until June 2026. The Waalitj Hub Business Coaching team supports First Australians business owners and entrepreneurs by helping clients assess the viability of their business ideas, define clear goals, and build skills or connections needed to run a successful enterprise. This includes working closely with clients and external services providers to access resources, training, and support tailored to each business journey. Skills and Experience: To be suitable for this role you will need to demonstrate the following work-related requirements and experience: Highly organised with a strong client/customer focus; Cultural awareness and knowledge of First Australians business issues and challenges; Ability to work independently and multi-task with a proven problem-solving ability; Ability to work independently and in a team environment; Ability to excel at operating in a fast-paced, community environment; Aboriginality is a genuine requirement for this position as per Section 50(d) of the Equal Employment Opportunity Act of 1984 (WA); Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; Client database management experience.
