DCB BIM Modeller Location: Work From Home Shape projects before they're built. At DCB we deliver some of Sydney's most prestigious custom homes. To take our projects to the next level, we're seeking a skilled BIM Modeller who can bring drawings to life, detect issues before they hit the site, and collaborate with our project teams to ensure precision from concept to completion. DCB is a Sydney-based builder delivering bespoke, high-quality residential projects. From meticulous demo and structural works through to final clean and handover, we're known for craftsmanship, integrity, and clear communication. We combine decades of trade know-how with modern construction tech (including our own project management platform) to give clients a smooth, transparent build experience. As our BIM Modeller , you'll create and manage accurate 3D models for high-end residential projects. You'll work closely with designers, engineers, and site supervisors to coordinate drawings, detect clashes, and ensure designs are practical, efficient, and compliant. What you'll be doing Develop and manage BIM models for all stages of design and construction Collaborate with architects, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure model accuracy Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues before construction Prepare and update architectural drawings, plans, and specifications Provide take-offs, schedules, and technical input to support estimating and site teams Ensure compliance with Australian building codes, NCC, and standards Support project documentation and record-keeping within BIM systems What you'll bring Degree or diploma in Architecture, Construction, or Drafting (or equivalent experience) Proficiency with Cadwork Software Experience in BIM Software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar) Strong ability to interpret and produce detailed drawings and specifications Minimum 3 years' BIM/architectural drafting experience, ideally in high-end residential construction Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities Knowledge of estimating and construction processes is a plus Benefits: Full-time, stable role with opportunities for professional growth Work on luxury residential projects up to $20M Be part of a progressive builder that embraces technology and craftsmanship Collaborative team culture that values precision and initiative Competitive remuneration aligned with experience A few important notes Recruitment is based on merit.
