The role: Reporting to the General Manager of Client Experience and Marketing, you will oversee the Marketing and Communications team and play a pivotal role in planning, developing, and implementing engaging communications that support our strategic client experience goals. Your strong project management skills and ability to collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders will be key to your success. You will bring a high level of practical and strategic experience with print, digital and social media platforms, complemented by exceptional written communication, attention to detail, and proofreading abilities. Some of your primary objectives (but not limited to) will include: Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of three, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Driving the Marketing team to collaborate with, internal stakeholders, various organisations, industry, and community to develop, create and write engaging and relevant brand communications Managing print and web publications as well as communal, local, and other industry media outlets Creating and maintaining a digital content calendar covering social media and email marketing, liaising with stakeholders from across the organisation to ensure timing and messaging fits with overarching brand communications and the organisation’s strategic priorities Delivering monthly marketing reports Measuring the impact of social media and other print, digital and email marketing campaigns, and analyse, review and report on their effectiveness Essential criteria: Tertiary qualification in journalism, communications, marketing/advertising, public relations, or a related field Proven background in journalism, editorial, or publishing, with experience in interviewing, writing, editing, and producing publications Exceptional writing and copy-editing skills, with the ability to create persuasive, engaging, and accurate content across print and digital formats Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines Previous experience managing and leading teams Awareness of Jewish community, customs, and values, with the ability to reflect these appropriately in communications and stakeholder engagement Willingness to travel to other sites as per operational requirements About you: Along with your software proficiency, you are a creative and innovative thinker who can shape narratives for diverse audiences and who thrives on fostering positive relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and broader community.
