About the Role Join a large government department as a Dynamics CRM Developer and play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing its Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps suite of applications. You will work with architecture, security, and project teams to design and deliver solutions that streamline operations and deliver measurable impact. This is a hands-on development role where you will contribute to technical design, troubleshooting, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement — helping modernise critical digital systems as part of a major government transformation program. Key Responsibilities Maintain and support the core D365 environment and related business functionality Translate business requirements into technical deliverables aligned with best practice Support and troubleshoot production issues, including root cause analysis Develop technical documentation, workflows, and acceptance criteria Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful solution delivery Contribute to modernisation initiatives improving outcomes for the community What We’re Looking For We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics development who thrives in collaborative, agile environments.
