The Role We are currently seeking a part-time Administration & Finance Assistant to support our Environmental team in Yatala. This role is designed to provide dedicated assistance with contract-related invoicing and administration, ensuring timely and accurate financial processing and client communication. The day to day Your key responsibilities will include: • Finalising work orders in WFM and Xero • Preparing and issuing invoices via email or portal entries for contract-related jobs • Processing purchase orders and supporting accounts payable functions in Xero • Supporting accounts receivable, including processing client payments • Handling incoming calls and directing inquiries appropriately • Providing general administrative support as required These tasks are critical to maintaining timely revenue capture, contractual compliance, and effective client communication. The essentials We’re looking for someone with strong administration and finance skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.
