Are you an experienced and driven property management professional with a passion for luxury real estate? Our client, a prestigious real estate agency, is celebrated for overseeing an elite portfolio of high-end properties in Sydney’s affluent Eastern Suburbs. In this role, you’ll take charge of the daily management of a premium property portfolio, ensuring each residence is maintained to the highest standards. You'll also build strong relationships with landlords, providing consistent updates and ensuring their expectations are not only met but exceeded. About the role: Manage a high end portfolio of 180 properties Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients Handle rent reviews, lease renewals, budgeting, and financial reporting. Oversee and coordinate maintenance requests and repairs, ensuring properties are well-maintained to the highest standard. Ensure all properties comply with current legislation, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and industry standards. NCAT prep and attendance when required The Person: Proven experience in property management Valid Real Estate licence, reliable car and drivers licence is ESSENTIAL! Strong understanding of the Sydney real estate market and NSW legislation. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with excellent time-management abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.
