Role Overview Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Product, you will lead the execution of Proof of Concepts (POCs) in collaboration with our Sales team. This role will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and customer requirements, ensuring effective solution design, implementation, and post-deployment support. The role requires strong collaboration across internal teams, technical proficiency, and exceptional customer engagement skills to drive adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring solutions are properly demonstrated and tested in real-world conditions before full deployment. Responsibilities Client Engagement: Attend client meetings to uncover requirements and provide expert advice on PowerFleet solutions. Solution Development: Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to design PowerFleet solutions that align with customer needs. Pre-Sales Preparation: Ensure all developed and sold solutions are pre-tested, documented, and ready for efficient installation into client-specific assets. Installation Support: Provide ongoing assistance during installation rollouts to ensure seamless implementation. Technical Problem-Solving: Work on assigned technical products to identify and resolve issues effectively. Internal Expertise: Offer subject matter expertise and support to internal departments to enhance operational efficiency. Client Support: Assist Client Care and the Technical team with product information, troubleshooting, and user guidance. Product Support: Assist product teams to test, integrate and train stakeholders on new products to ensure operational efficiency.
