Role Overview The Product Specialist for Vision will be the in-house expert on auto-electrical installations, telematics and dash cam systems. They will drive the strategy behind the product by providing their expertise during high-value sales pursuits and customer engagements. Responsible for developing, improving and maintaining an installation guides, troubleshooting, workflows and user documentation. The Product Specialist will also offer their expertise during bids and provide technical input into strategic proposals. This role will establish a reputation as the auto-electrical expert at Powerfleet. The Product Specialist will bridge the. gap between technical product knowledge and commercial execution to drive forward the products strategy. Responsibilities Provide technical or industry-specific expertise during high-value sales pursuits and customer engagements. Document and improve installation guides, troubleshooting documentation, and user manuals. Deliver product knowledge training to sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams. Collaborate with Marketing to create whitepapers, case studies, and value propositions. Support the development and review of bid responses and proposals. Maintain awareness of competitor offerings and industry trends. Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and customer workshops as a product expert. Partner with implementation teams to ensure product alignment with customer expectations. Liaise with suppliers or third-party vendors on technical matters when required. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of auto-electrics and devices. You bring hands-on experience with auto-devices, and/or low voltage devices. You are an excellent communicator who can explain complex ideas to a variety of audiences. A passion for continuous improvement and taking things to the next level is at the core of who you are.
