Must be an Australian Citizen We’re looking for a Forms Developer to join our growing team, where you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining forms-based applications that support critical business processes. This role is ideal for a developer with experience in Forms design, application integration, and process automation , who is eager to contribute to meaningful projects while developing their technical and professional skills. What you’ll do Design, develop, and maintain forms and related applications that streamline business workflows. Enhance and modernise existing forms to improve usability, accessibility, and performance. Work closely with business analysts, testers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Support testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution across the full development lifecycle. Document technical processes and provide knowledge transfer to support teams. What we’re looking for Proven experience in forms development (such as Oracle Forms, Adobe AEM Forms, Microsoft Power Apps, or similar platforms). Strong understanding of application development lifecycles, coding practices, and integration methods. Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Familiarity with databases, SQL, and APIs for back-end integration. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in an agile, team-oriented environment. Nice to have Knowledge of cloud-based platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar). Experience with UI/UX design principles for form usability and accessibility. Exposure to workflow automation tools or low-code/no-code platforms. Why join us?
