The Role Due to sustained growth, we are seeking a Pre-Contracts Administrator to join our pre-contracts team. Playing a key role in the bid process, leading its coordination from start to finish. You will be responsible for setting clear deadlines, working with various stakeholders to ensure accountability, and ultimately delivering high-quality, professional bids. A proven background in administration is required, along with a strong understanding of technology and data management. We are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail who can produce well-designed, perfectly formatted documents using advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills. About You Ideally experience in a similar role within the construction industry Extensive experience using the Microsoft Office Suite including Word (Advanced), PowerPoint (Advanced) and SharePoint (Intermediate) with the ability to create polished, professionally designed documents and visual presentations for bids and capability statements. Ability to take ownership of the bid process by setting up templates, articulating clear deadlines, and coordinating responses from various internal and external stakeholders. High attention to detail to ensure all final documents are visually clean, consistently formatted, and correctly branded. Manage and maintain the SharePoint sites for the Pre-Contracts team, including setup, identifying permissions, and ensuring version control.
