This role is a unique growth opportunity to design the PMO from the ground up — setting governance, embedding best practices, and integrating Organizational Change Management (OCM), Lean Six Sigma, and AI enablement into how we operate. Must be US Citizen Clearance Required : Yes – Must be Willing to Obtain Location: Hybrid; Some Travel Responsibilities: PMO Formation & Governance Establish the PMO structure, governance model, and performance metrics. Serve as the central leader for OCM, Lean, AI, and ISO integration. Transition ISO responsibilities into PMO oversight to ensure compliance and quality. Strategic Delivery Develop and manage the enterprise roadmap (Q4 2025 foundation → Q4 2026 launch). Conduct trade studies and lead tool evaluations for initial process improvements. Apply Lean Six Sigma to streamline processes before automation. Implement AI-enabled solutions for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Oversee pilot sprints, capturing measurable ROI and lessons learned. Business Integration Partner with Commercial BU for marketing launch and business development execution. Align PMO priorities with corporate strategy and growth goals. Ensure PMO-led initiatives generate both internal efficiency and external marketable services. People Leadership Act as a transformational leader and role model across the organization. Build organizational capability in OCM, Lean, and AI practices. Protect employee well-being by creating scalable processes that reduce burnout. Support career development and growth opportunities across the organization. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). 10 years of experience in program/project management, with at least 5 in leadership roles. Proven track record of establishing or leading a PMO. Strong background in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred). Experience with Organizational Change Management (e.g., Prosci). Familiarity with AI tools and digital transformation initiatives. Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems. Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills. Smartsheet knowledge a plus.
