This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-profile, supported, client-focused role, with a strong emphasis on sustainability, customer experience, and operational excellence. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining high-performing assets, and driving initiatives that support ISPT's commitment to carbon neutrality. Key Responsibilities Deliver superior service and tenant engagement through effective communication and relationship management. Oversee daily building operations, ensuring cost-effective and compliant facilities management. Manage budgets, procurement, financial reporting, and operating expenditure. Ensure risk management, WHS, safety audits, and inspections are completed to the highest standard. Lead sustainability and environmental initiatives aligned with ISPT's carbon-neutral objectives. Manage and coordinate service providers including cleaning, security, and maintenance contractors. About You Proven experience managing retail or commercial property facilities. Strong customer focus with a passion for stakeholder engagement. Excellent financial and budgeting skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
