On offer: $59.64/HR Flat Rate FIFO - Accommodation & Meals supplied 2 weeks on, one week off roster (2&1) 12 hour shifts Shutdown work starting in October 2025 Opportunity for long term employment Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of operators/technicians Coordinate workflow, scheduling, and resources Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Conduct inspections and resolve issues on site or in the workshop Complete reports, job cards, and timesheets Requirements : Supervisory/leadership experience in mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry Must hold a S26 ticket -Statutory Supervisor Training in Western Australia's mining industry Valid driver’s license and safety certificates advantageous Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Safety-focused, with relevant certifications Valid driver’s license - Essential White Card - Construction Induction- Essential Pre-employment medical- Essential Drug & Alcohol screen- Essential National Police Clearance- Essential Only candidates who possess the mandatory ticket will be considered.
