Join our dynamic Events team as an Event Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring our clients receive seamless service from their very first enquiry. About the Role In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for all enquiries, monitoring the sales inbox, managing inbound calls, and directing enquiries to the right team members. You’ll work closely with our clients, internal teams, and venue partners to assist in delivering seamless and memorable events This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and loves being part of a collaborative and supportive team. Key Responsibilities Manage and respond to inbound enquiries via phone and email Qualify leads and create tailored proposals, quotes, and confirmations Coordinate logistics for allocated clients and events from end to end Liaise with chefs, venue teams, and suppliers to ensure event success Prepare event documentation including function sheets, invoices, and client briefs Attend site inspections, tastings, and events as needed Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and encourage repeat business Maintain accurate records in Momentus and follow internal procedures Assist with admin tasks, Delivered Fresh platform orders About You Prior experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously Experience using event systems like Momentus or Priava (highly regarded) Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required Why Join Us?
