Why you’ll love this role: Manage a diverse residential portfolio with room to grow Work in a supportive and team-focused environment Opportunities for career progression and professional development Company-provided phone, laptop, and ongoing training Be recognised for your hard work and contribution What you’ll do: Oversee the day-to-day management of around 100 residential properties Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and routine inspections Conduct property viewings and secure new tenancies Prepare, negotiate, and manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations Collect and process rent payments, manage arrears, and maintain accurate records Provide timely updates and reports to landlords Resolve tenant queries professionally and efficiently Contribute to the smooth operation of the property portfolio in all aspects What we’re looking for: 1–2 years’ experience as a property manager or similar real estate role Solid understanding of residential tenancy laws and property management best practices Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Current NSW real estate license/registration and valid driver’s licence Commitment to exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for real estate If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and work in a place where your skills are valued and supported, we’d love to hear from you!
