We’re partnering with a small but impactful consultancy that has been operating successfully for over 10 years. With a passionate CEO at the helm and a strong focus on philanthropic initiatives, including a giving campaign run alongside their core business, they’re looking for an EA who can help bring structure, clarity, and calm to their dynamic environment. What you’ll be doing: Providing high-level executive support to the CEO – managing diary, inbox, travel, and communications Working closely with the wider team to support business operations and client delivery Contributing to the coordination of a social impact campaign and associated events Potentially overseeing digital tasks including website updates, CRM management, EDMs, and marketing materials Helping set priorities and providing structure in a fast-moving, high-energy environment About you: You’ve supported senior leaders or founders, ideally in small businesses, consultancies, or startups You’re confident, calm under pressure, and capable of setting boundaries and pushing back when needed You enjoy variety and are just as comfortable in the detail as you are in big-picture thinking You’re tech-savvy and happy to roll up your sleeves to help with systems and comms - This skill is essential You have a genuine interest in social impact, philanthropy, or purpose-driven work You're available across 5 days, with the option to work part-time 9am - 2:30pm Why you'll love this role: A flexible working environment – work from home with optional office space in Martin Place A supportive team made up of working mums who understand balance The chance to make a real impact, both within the business and in the community A vibrant, values-led workplace where your voice and ideas will be valued If you're a confident and composed EA who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves being at the heart of the action, we’d love to hear from you.
