About the Role We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to drive the design and user experience of a major initiative: bringing several existing platforms together into one seamless ecosystem. This is a hands-on role for a designer who enjoys both the strategic side of design and rolling up their sleeves in tools like Figma to create high-quality user interfaces. What You’ll Do Lead the end-to-end design process for integrating multiple platforms into a single, cohesive user experience Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements and turn them into intuitive designs Build wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs using Figma and related tools Establish and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across platforms Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions Mentor and guide other designers, sharing best practices and raising the design bar across the team What We’re Looking For Strong background in UX and UI design Deep expertise with Figma and proficiency with other modern design tools Experience creating design systems and component libraries Ability to translate business goals and technical requirements into elegant, user-friendly solutions Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines Comfortable balancing hands-on design with leadership responsibilities Nice to have A portfolio that shows experience integrating or redesigning complex platforms Salary: $120KSuper Contact: ross@s2m.com.au
