The primary role is to assist Consultants and Management with administration tasks relating to recruitment and employment processes, while ensuring the smooth running of the office environment. The Tasks Ahead: Manage the “admin” mailbox and support service mailboxes when required Respond to email communication from candidates, clients, and stakeholders Provide calendar management and administration support to Consultants Upload communication and correspondence into the recruitment databases (Zoho One, Google Drive, etc.) Assist with advertising via social media, including banner creation Monitor advertising spend across platforms Enter jobs and assessments into recruitment databases as requested Prepare employment contracts and organise medicals/inductions for candidates Update internal registers and whiteboards with job and candidate information Greet visitors and maintain the visitors’ logbook via QR code sign-in Prepare for and attend internal weekly meetings Perform general office cleaning, restocking, posting mail, and housekeeping as required Provide ad hoc administration support to Consultants and Management Contribute to safety, wellbeing, and uphold company policies, values, and code of conduct About You You are an organised and proactive administrator who thrives in a team environment and takes pride in supporting business operations.
